Custom Uniform Design – Art Fee

This fee covers the creation and development of ONE custom uniform design concept from concept to final approval.

What’s Included
• One (1) custom jersey design concept based on your completed design form and submitted references
• Up to two colorways of the approved design (example: home + away colors)
• Design can be applied to hoodies, long sleeves, tanks, and similar apparel at no additional charge
• Standard pants with solid colors and piping included
• Custom leg panel designs available for an additional $25

Design Process
• Complete the design form before checkout and provide as much direction as possible (style preferences, likes/dislikes, inspiration images, colors, existing logos, must-have and avoid elements)
• Our designer creates an initial concept using the information provided
• Up to three (3) revisions are included to refine the selected concept

Please Note
• This fee includes development and revisions of ONE design direction
• Multiple independent concepts, full redesigns after approval, or entirely different creative directions may require an additional art fee
• If specific elements (logo changes, modern vs traditional styling, etc.) are desired, they must be noted in the design form
• Design fees are non-refundable once design work has started

Timeline
• Initial mock-up delivered within 5–7 business days
• Production timeline: 3–5 weeks after final approval
